Meet us at Shropshire Community Health Trust AGM

We will attending the AGM to hear about the plans the Trust have and also to hear about patient experiences.

If you have recently received help and treatment from the community hospitals, minor injury services or community nursing or therapy services we would love to hear what those experiences were like.

All comments are taken anonymously so don’t worry, it will not affect the support and treatment you receive but it will definitely help the services know what they are doing well and where improvements are needed.
